When color sorter is working, feed hopper in the materials under the action of vibrator is uniform distribution in each chute. The CCD signal while the materials are dropping is in testing. A. Belt-type color sorting machines break a smaller percentage of material. The product stays relatively static during the transport process as it moves horizontally on the belt. Unlike chute type, the belt type color sorter has high accuracy because of the good control of transportation speed. However, the speed can't be changed as wish because in real application this will cause a lot of work for adjusting of camera.
