Color sorter is a machine which used for separating the bad grain from the raw material through the color difference between the rejection and finished products. Wenyao color sorter adopting 5400 pixel high resolution CCD camera, advanced image analysis and processing technology, long-life high-efficiency easy maintenance ejector as well as excellent optical system.
Color sorter working principle
Input product is loaded into the in-feed hopper , it moves along the vibrating plate , until it flows on to a sloping chute, where it is individually checked at 360° and sorted by RGB Full color cameras .
Depending on the signals received by the optical device, the sorter's software controls the pneumatic device, which physically separates the unwanted products out of the conforming ones, which naturally reach their discharging hopper.
