When color sorter machine is working, the materials in hopper is uniformly distributed into each chute by the vibrator. While the materials are dropping,the CCD signal is testing. If the cameras catch there are unqualified materials or impurities through colors in the mixed materials, the ejector will blow the defective goods into the hopper.So it wil reach to our aims.
Color sorting accuracy refers to the percentage of the amount of impurities selected from the raw material to the total amount of impurities contained. The accuracy of color selection is mainly related to the speed of the conveyor belt and the purity of raw materials. The slower the conveyor belt is, the longer the time between adjacent impurities will be, and the servo system will have enough time to remove impurities and improve the accuracy of color selection. Similarly, the higher the initial purity of raw materials, the less miscellaneous mass, the higher the accuracy of color selection. At the same time, the color selection accuracy is also limited by the design of the servo system itself. When there are more than two impurities in the same frame of image, only one impurity can be removed, and the color selection accuracy is reduced. The use of the check structure is better than the single structure.
